| English Requirement | International students shall fulfil the English language requirements by obtaining a minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS or the equivalent of any examination that has been aligned to The Common European Framework of Reference(CEFR) as approved by the Senate. An international student who fails to meet the English language competency requirements may be given a conditional offer as follows: Students are allowed to attend an internal English Preparatory Course at the University with a time limit of a maximum of two (2) years and subject to the regulations of the Malaysian Immigration Department in force; and International students pursuing an internal English Preparatory Course must sit for the IELTS or TOEFL, or MUET examinations or any CEFR-aligned examination to meet the English language competency requirements. |
