| Description | Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology in (Building Services) with Honours programme (BNB) aims to produce graduates who are competent, independent and mature to meet nation’s needs for skilled professionals and experts in the field of civil engineering technology for the public and private sectors or even self-employed. This program is designed to be consistent with the vision and mission of the University. Through this program, the graduates are expected to be part of the talent that will propel the development of the state in accordance with the aspirations of Vision 2020. This is made possible with the availability of courses emphasizing new technologies that covers the theory and practical skills needed in this field. The students of this program are also exposed to the variety of activities that can boost their generic skills. |

| Entry Requirements | Thegeneral academic requirements for admission into the undergraduate degree program of UTHM are: 1. At least three (3) principal passes in the General Certificate of Education 'Advanced level' (GCE) 'A' Level Examination (UK Educational System) obtained in one sitting; OR 2. International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum of six (6) subjects obtained in one sitting; OR 3. A Diploma or any other Equivalent Qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the Senate of the University; OR 4. Any other qualifications that are recognized by the Senate of the University as equivalent to the above. Applicants must have the following subjects taken at the 'A' level, IB or any other equivalent certificates examinations and obtain: 1. A minimum grade C in any TWO(2) of the following subjects: Biology / Chemistry / Mathematics / Physics; AND 2. A minimum grade C in English Language subject Note:- University will determine the merit and suitability of the applicant's academic grades received from home country. University reserves the right to determine an alternative relevant subject to Mathematics in the case where the applicant has not taken the subject in his/her examinations. The applicant must be physically able to do laboratory work and must not be colour blind. |
