| Entry Requirements | A Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours or a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree (with CGPA of 2.5 and above or equivalent) from any recognized university. OR; A Bachelor of Engineering degree or in related field or equivalent (with CGPA of 2.00 – 2.49) may be accepted, subject to thorough internal assessments. OR; A Bachelor of Science degree with honours (non-engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree (non-engineering field) with minimum CGPA of 3.00 from any recognized university. OR; A Bachelor of Science degree with honours (non-engineering field) or a Bachelor of Technology degree (non-engineering field) with CGPA below 2.99 from any recognized university may be accepted, subject to thorough internal assessments OR; Fulfil Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL A) for Malaysian candidates only: a. at least 30 years of age on the date of application b. pass Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering or other related field, and the qualification is equivalent and recognised by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the Senate; c. other equivalent qualification; AND d. has MQA APEL with MQF Level 7 certificate |
