Description | The purpose of this programme is to produce quality graduates in secondary education in the field of specialization Teaching Arabic as a Second Language (TASL) to meet the needs of the Ministry of Education Malaysian. In addition, the purpose of this programme is to produce graduates with high potential and serve as a role model to students and surrounding communities. This programme is structured to serve the following objectives: i) To produce professionally trained graduate teachers who uphold the Islamic philosophy of education and are committed to serve the country and Ummah. ii) To serve the growing need of the country in producing teachers who possess the integrated personality and the tawhidic worldview and act as excellent role models for the younger generation. iii) To embody, revitalize, and produce graduates that exemplify in themselves the IIUM mission of Islamicization, Internationalization, Integration and Comprehensive Excellent (IIICE). |
