| Description | IPSAS is Malaysia’s pioneer research institute in youth and community development, addressing contemporary youth and community-related issues in the country. Since our establishment in November 2001, we have undertaken numerous research and consultancy activities with the goal of contributing to the socioeconomic well-being of youth and communities.
