| Description | The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program is designed to equip candidates with a strong foundational knowledge in the basic sciences through coursework and in-depth research on specific research problems. Candidates with a Master of Science degree are required to undertake research courses under the supervision of academic staff in the faculty. Candidates must also present a thesis on a topic related to their field of study, which includes original research findings and demonstrates a high level of scholarship. |
