| Description | Established in 1996, this program aims to produce graduates in the field of real estate who are professional, holistic, balanced and ethical, able to perform real estate consultancy effectively and able to face technical and management challenges in the national and global context. The Bachelor of Real Estate has received accreditation from local and international bodies particularly Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) United Kingdom, with input from the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). As the syllabus for the Bachelor of Real Estate received recognition by these professional bodies, this programme is professionally recognised locally and internationally. The recognition enables graduates to have the widest set of opportunities to work in the region and globally. The programme structure comprises a full-time study term of 3½ years, the successful completion of which confers upon the candidate a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. |
