| Description | The Master of Science in Nutrition program is designed to train students to expand their knowledge and research competencies in solving issues related to food, nutrition and health at the local and global levels. At the end of the course, students are expected to demonstrate knowledge of food and nutrition problems and creatively highlight and suggest possible solutions. Students should also be able to design appropriate research, conduct field work or lab experiments, analyze, synthesize relevant data and come up with innovative ideas in discussing their findings. The program will also prepare students with adequate research skills to communicate through reports writing, oral presentation, information gathering and dissemination with high technical quality. The Master of Science in Nutrition has produced many local and international postgraduate students who now has been succesfull in their respective carrier. |
