Description | To provide knowledge and experience, in ALL imaging modalities including conventional plain radiography procedures, contrast studies, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, isotope imaging and interventional radiology. To provide practical training in performing radiological procedures both diagnostic and therapeutic, so that he or she is competent and safe to society. To stimulate interest and provide experience in conducting research in the form of case reports and research projects which is part of fulfilling the requirements for the Master of Medicine (Radiology). Trainees will gain experience in presentations at conferences and are encouraged to write scientific papers for publication based on their research findings. To produce a radiologist who has good personal and professional skills with management and leadership qualities. To produce a radiologist who can work independently and also as a good team player. |
