| Description | The Food Technology Program is a 4-year program aimed at producing highly qualified, trained and skilled graduates to serve the food industry as well as the public sector. The Food Technology program curriculum was designed to equip students with relevant knowledge; physical and chemical properties of food, analysis of food composition, aspects of food processing and preservation, packaging, quality assurance and food safety, food product development, sensory evaluation and food regulation. Graduates can work with a variety of private and public agencies in the fields of science and food technology including research, food product development, legal, and education. |

| Entry Requirements | Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 OR A-Level with a minimum score of 10 and obtained at least a Grade B in any two (2) of the following subjects: • Chemistry • Biology • Physics • Mathematics / Further Mathematics OR International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 28 and obtained at least a score of 4 in High Level (HL) or Standard Level (SL) in any combination of two (2) of the following subjects: • Chemistry • Biology • Physics • Mathematics / Further Mathematics / Mathematical Studies / Mathematical Methods OR AUSMAT/SAM with a minimum aggregate score of 68 and obtained at least a Grade B in any two (2) of the following subjects: • Chemistry • Biology • Physics • Mathematical Studies / Specialist Mathematics OR Equivalent qualification recognized by Senate of the University. |

Without any of the above English proficiency certificates, accepted students will receive a conditional offer letter requiring them to meet the English language requirements. |
