| Description | Our MBA programme is meticulously designed to empower learners in overcoming career challenges with confidence and resilience. What sets our program apart is its distinctive and holistic approach to business education. We go beyond traditional boundaries, equipping learners with leadership skills tailored for the fast-paced era of Industry Revolution 4.0. By seamlessly integrating leadership development with advanced management techniques, we prepare our graduates to navigate and excel in today’s dynamic and technology-driven organizational landscape. Moreover, our program features 10 fundamental business courses, each meticulously designed to provide learners with exciting and practical opportunities to enhance their analytical skills and expand their knowledge base. Our MBA program typically ranges from 2 to 5 years, offering flexibility to students based on their needs. The program comprises 15 courses, including ten core courses, four elective courses, and one project. These courses are typically taken over multiple semesters, with 2 to 5 courses per semester. To successfully complete the program and graduate, you must earn 48 units. Classes are scheduled for 3 hours per week per course, generally from 7 pm to 10 pm, except Saturday and Sunday. The designated venues for the classes will be the lecture hall or seminar room located at the USM Penang campus. |
