| Description | The Development Science Program is a multi-disciplinary programme that covers social sciences, economics, politics, management and technology. The teaching and learning sessions are conducted through lectures, discussions, groupwork, field studies, practical training and industrial training. These various approaches in learning aim to strengthen the students’ theoretical, practical and technological skills in the field of development science. The objectives of the program include; to produce graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in solving development issues; to inculcate students with professional and ethical practices in development knowledge; to encourage students to be competitive at the local and global levels; to ensure students are able to communicate well and confidently lead teamwork and finally to train students the ability to apply theoretical and practical skills in the field of development. |
